Looking at it from the supplier side, still efficiency (lowest CPA) is confused with quality or what you call effectiveness (can a candidate be placed). But more and more companies understand it isn't hard to "trick" jobseekers into starting an apply or even completing it through direct apply (and all kinds of lazy-apply-like-tools). What really matters is one step further down funnel. The real trick to solve now is to hold the suppliers of the candidates like us at Jobrapido accountable for quality as real time feedback on conversions is needed to not only judge them but also give them tools to optimize performance. AI and Connectivity are certainly key to solve this problem. We are getting there...
